The Caverns: A Subterranean Wonder

Kick off your November adventure with a show at The Caverns. There's nothing quite like live music in a cave and this is a perfect time of year to visit. With the temperatures dropping outside you don't have to worry about getting cold inside Big Mouth Cave, It's a warm 58 degrees year round! Catching a performance in the cave is not the only thing to do at The Caverns. You can also take a cave tour and learn about the unique geology features of the Cumberland Plateau and some local history! For more information on cave tours and to purchase tickets visit thecaverns.com!

Savage Gulf and South Cumberland State Park: Enjoying the outdoors.

Daylight savings time ends on November 5th and less daylight can have a negative impact on your mental health. A good way to combat this is to spend as much time as you can outside and I like to do this by hiking more in the winter. With two state parks in our region, there is no shortage of hiking trails and with rain moving back in, the waterfalls will soon be flowing again!
